That was the first time I’d ever seen that video, and let me tell you, I’m still recovering from it. I was on the brink of tears. That’s what the Portal fandom means to me. We may be a little smaller than other groups, but the amount of passion and talent in our little family is simply breathtaking.
I can say with certainty that I am—and always will be—a proud member of this community. You guys should all be proud of everything you’ve accomplished through your time spent here, the friendships, the fanworks, every little shred of it. You guys are all amazing, caring, and wonderful, genuine people, and I have been truly blessed to have been able to meet and spend time with you. You all have, in no uncertain terms, changed my life for the better. Thank you.
It’s all for you, Gabberforth! I hope it’s not too weird or anything. Happy Christmahanukwanzaka and a Happy New Year!!
Merry Christmas! To my favorite fanfiction author. I was too late for the Portal secret santa, but I still felt like I should have at least done something, even though it was kinda last minute. So here I present to you, V, a kinda-ish secret santa present and an adorable Wheatley in a box.
Oh my goodness! It’s so cute. It’s good to see Chell smile like that, but Wheatley, you little dunce, you probably jammed yourself right on in there, didn’t you? What happens when you realize you’re stuck like that? Heehee, thank you so much!
A commissioned 14” P-body plush for Tumblr’s Nightmaren.
She’s almost twice as tall as she was intended to be, but any smaller and it would’ve been absolutely impossible to do the limbs. Her arms and legs are wired and are therefore poseable (like in the center picture). She’s also the product of my very first completely original pattern.
Reposting in clean Tumblr format, because frankly, I did a horrible job the first time around.
Summary: Chell and Wheatley come across an artifact from Aperture’s glory days: a test baby. Wheatley’s damaged resource database mistakes it for a real human child and makes him want to take care of it. Chell however, isn’t nearly as enthusiastic.
Contrary to her initial optimism, it seemed as though there were, in fact, no traces of the mysterious artist’s dens anywhere. Every hallway was just as bare and abandoned as the last and each one preceding it.
